After updating my phone to the latest update (17.5.1) I have been experiencing some ghost touches and glitches. I’ve tried everything like removing my screen protector,phone case, restarting the phone, resetting it back to fabric mode, all of that. So far it’s not keeping me from using my phone bit it is annoying.
I didn’t buy the phone directly from apple (it’s a reconditioned phone but it was brand new i don’t think the changed any pieces but i’m not sure)

A refurbished phone (you used the word "reconditioned") is not new. It is a phone that was returned because it was having problems. The phone may or may not have been refurbished by an authorized Apple shop.
Since the iPhone 11 was introduced in September 2019, the phone (and screen) might actually be as much as 4+ years old.
We can tell you more about whether Apple was involved in the process or another company handled this if you can provide the Model Number of the phone. Please do not post the Serial Number for security reasons.
