Please provide an ability to change the backup location / drive utilizing Itunes + PC

It's common for PC users to have multiple hard drives. Often the fast SSD and a much larger HDD. In the case of backing up large phone hard drives it creates a situation which could be greater the remaining storage size available for the default hard drive which contains the os.

Please provide the ability to select a drive or default location. This is common for other applications like steam and other installers / backup tools.

Note that iTunes will still check the main drive for free space when determining if there is enough room to create a backup. Backups do not include media, apps, or data that ordinarily lives in the cloud. See Backup methods for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support for details. Ideally you should backup to your computer and to iCloud for some redundancy.
