iCloud signed in devices list won't load on any devices or webpage

I'm unable to load the trusted devices list on any device and in any network environment. Tried on:

  • iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 17.5.1)
  • iPad Pro (M1)
  • iPad Pro (2018)
  • iMac (2020)
  • MacBook Pro (M3 Max)
  • Apple ID webpage (Safari on Mac, and Chrome on Windows)


Also tried in:

  • Home Wi-Fi
  • T-mobile cellular
  • Company VPN


All failed to load. The error messages are:

  • Trusted devices list is not available
  • Failed to load devices
  • This action could not be completed because of an error. (500)
