I am unable use Siri to Power Off my iPhone

I have Siri activated and normally I could just ask her to shut down phone. Now She responds ‘I’m not sure I understand’.

When I try to manually shut down by pressing the button on the right side of the phone a box appears ‘type to Siri’. Which I set up. I type ‘shut down phone’; normally she would confirm what I was asking, but now she says ‘this maybe beyond my abilities at the moment’

I have reset the voice ‘hey Siri’ questions. This has not worked.

Any advice would be really helpful. I have know idea what’s going on. Thanks.
