Why is my iPhone so slow when using mobile data?

When I’m on sim data the network is extremely slow.

How do I fix frequent network drops and slow data speed on iPhone 15 Pro? I have 15 pro and from yesterday my phone network bar is goes all down and come back again in few seconds.
