I have the latest OS available and I'm getting this message two o three times at week:
I'm forced to close all application to make it work again.
the funny thing is that there's no way to use all 24GB.....
I swapped from a very old 2014 MBP with 16GB, using the very same programs and I've never esperienced such issues...
any help on this?

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
see if there is anything here
