No, Apple Wallet (where your virtual card is) and access to your monthly statements, virtual card number for online shopping, Apple Cash (where your rewards go) and much more require an iPhone or iPad. The Wallet will remove all the cards stored there if you disable passcode or Face ID. Without an iPhone you cannot request a physical card or open an Apple Cash account. Without a physical card or access to the virtual number, the only thing you can do is shop at Apple.com/store and at physical Apple Retail Stores. After all, it’s not Apple Card, and really only works if you have an iPhone.
