Why Are App Updates Missing in iOS 17.5.1?

I had this issue suddenly for about 24 hours and had to manually update apps. I did my own research and found that turning off the app updates and turning it on at settings (search App Store in the search bar at settings), it suddenly came back.

Edit (Important): After you do this, you go to the app store profile and refresh the page to fully reveal all the apps that is needed to be updated.

I can access the App Store on my iPhone, but I also cannot find where to update any of my apps. When I tap my account in the top right, there’s nowhere to scroll down to, so no updates.

I'm not seeing an issue on my side. I just updated more than 10 apps. In the App Store app, tap your icon (top right), pull down the screen until you see the progress icon ("circle" animation), release the screen and you should see all the apps that need to be updated.

Open App Store> Tap on name top right> Scroll to bottom (pull down) then back up to top holding it in that position. Allow a few seconds for timer thingy to time out then release. This should sort it.

All apps in store have vanished ie any apps to be updated or been updated , only happened in last few days - on latest iOS too.

issues please - this needs to be addressed as the apps need to be continuously updated to ensure works with the current iOS.

I also don't see any apps to update anymore. Even when I pull down to refresh, no apps show up.

I found the solution on reddit: Disable content & privacy restrictions entirely.

Go to Setting > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. Then set the Content & Privacy Restrictions toggle to off. Wait several seconds.

I updated to 17.5.1 in the past 36 hours, also experiencing the exact same issue with App Store Icon...it has completely vanished from my phone.

I checked, and APP STORE is no where to be found on phone after the 17.5.1 update, and I have take the following steps, which none resolved the issue:

• ITunes & App Store > Installing Apps: "ALLOW"
• Checked App Library: App Store is no longer there
• Checked: App Store Icon is not hidden in any random folder
• Power iPhone Completely off, 3x, 10-15min each time...no change
• Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout....nothing, still no App Store

I cannot even access the app store since the 17.5.1 update. I had it turned off through the content and privace restrictions to keep my son off of it. when he doesnt have my phone I turn it back on so I can download and update apps, but it wont even appear onn the home screen any longer when I turn it on through the privace restrictions. Obviously this 17.5.1 update is exceedingly buggy. It has created more issues than it fixed.

Same here since the upgrade. The App Store icon appears than disappears. Tried restarting, researching and following tips, nothing helps - need to update apps to use.

Just happened to me this morning. Update list was clear. I tried manual refresh and toggle settings as suggested in previous posts but not work.

I am experiencing the same issue. Also, my child's phone has the same issue.

We have done the same steps you listed. Additionally, I have reset network settings.

I am in contact with apple support and will let you know if I get a fix.
