My problem with latest ios update is that the app store/account page no longer shows the apps available to be updated. I had quite a few and now I can’t remember them all. I did update a couple that I did remember by searching in the app store and then each separately. When I called apple they said this was as expected in the new release, but that sounds crazy to me. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Yes, same issue, still does not show updates that may be available, Tried everything, Apple says software issue, but my wife’s devices show available updates and am able to do the updates
Same bugs in iOS 18.0 DB1-DB3_v2, I hope new version will fix this bug.
I cannot even access the app store since the 17.5.1 update. I had it turned off through the content and privace restrictions to keep my son off of it. when he doesnt have my phone I turn it back on so I can download and update apps, but it wont even appear onn the home screen any longer when I turn it on through the privace restrictions. Obviously this 17.5.1 update is exceedingly buggy. It has created more issues than it fixed.
I am experiencing the same issue. Also, my child's phone has the same issue.
We have done the same steps you listed. Additionally, I have reset network settings.
I am in contact with apple support and will let you know if I get a fix.
Does anybody find a fix for this? I didn’t update to the latest version due to lot of bug reports from all around the internet but still got this issue(I’m still on 17.4).
Someone says signing out of AppStore and signing in after sometime may fix this issue but it didn’t fixed mine.
I also can’t see my apps in the “Account” page, the one tou get to by clicking on your account icon top right in the first AppStore page. Happened suddenly today after I manually updated some apps. I updated iOS to 17.5.1 a few days ago.
All apps in store have vanished ie any apps to be updated or been updated , only happened in last few days - on latest iOS too.
issues please - this needs to be addressed as the apps need to be continuously updated to ensure works with the current iOS.

I’ve expierenced the same issue! After updating to 17.5.1 the App Store has dissapered. When I allow App Store to be seen for my son, it shows a few seconds in the screen than fanishes of screen. also it doesn’t show in libarary. When I try to open it, in that splitsecond, app is crashed and closed. We need a fix asap, Some apps stop working because we cannot update them.
Well, unfortunately not really a solution for those of use that need to keep restrictions enabled on a kid's device and don't want to go through dozens of settings again after first disabling and then enabling again.
Same issue here with one of my kid's ipads that was updated to 17.5.1 about a week ago. App Store disappeared, can't be found in Search, and only pops up for about half a second when changing settings to "allow iTunes & App Store Purchases". Curiously, this is not the case with the same update on my other kid's ipad which was installed a few weeks prior.
What Apple really needs is to get is andvisers, especially senior advisors. Who actually know what they’re doing instead of keeping people especially me on the phone for over an hour and a half till they figure out what’s wrong and they still couldn’t figure it out and I had to come to the community over here to get the correct answer.
I just developed the same problem mentioned by Modern Ninja. I can see the dots of updated apps but I do not get a list of the apps eligible to be uploaded- I prefer to choose which apps to update, and when to do so.

interestingly it only just started happening in the last couple of days, and I updated to 17.5.1 as soon as it was released with no issue up until now
I’ve turned on/off and vice versa the auto updates and content and privacy screen time settings as suggest on this thread to no avail
Tried again, no luck but going to sleep on it. Early in the week is major update time so... I am not a set it and forget it type of person so the question isn't how to fix this but also can anyone suggest what caused it in the first place to us and not others?
Latest release of iOS 17.5.1 did not grow through proper regression testing.
The App Store is completely missing from my iPhone 13.
- Attempts to find in the App Library: failed. It doesn’t exist there.
-Go to settings > screen time > content, and privacy restrictions, set = ALLOW (for all 3 options)
-Turn phone off after each change wait, turn back on, still no App Store in search, or in the app library.
@support - what is your work around, and, what is your anticipated fix date?
