Cannot Find Uber Driver App

I have recently been cleared to start driving for Uber, but the Uber Driver app does not appear in the app store. I have the normal Uber app downloaded, but the Uber Driver app is not there. I have tried updating my phone to the latest IOS, made sure the region was set to the United States, and restarted it multiple times. I also tried using the download link that Uber texted to me instead of searching the app store, but it opens a page that says "cannot connect to iTunes store." --the same happens when I google search for the app.

Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
