The Uber Driver app requires iOS 15 or later. Your post states that you have iOS 14. Use the following instructions to update your phone to the current iOS 16.41. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then open the App Store app, tap Search at the bottom right of the screen, search for Uber Driver and then tap Get to install it.
