Hey there, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage. You'll find the apps that use the most storage and you will have the option to delete the associated data.
You could also open the Files app to see the files stored on iCloud Drive.

The iCloud Drive storage of about 30 Go in your original screenshot has to be incorrect. Your last screenshot show that you only have the 5 Go iCloud plan. One couldn’t fit 30 Go in a 5 Go plan.
I’m not sure how to remedy this. Try to disconnect your Apple ID in Settings > [your name], restart your iPhone and reconnect your Apple ID.
