Skin tone of emoji's

Apple, serious question:

Is there a reason why the emojis are STILL defaulted to a yellow person? It's 2024, and NO ONE in the Apple Creative Direction Team or Leadership has thought to add a feature to give users autonomy to choose and Default the skin tone of their choice to ALL emojis at once? I mean, we get 50,000 updates a year, why isn't this feature one of them? Also, whyyyy are ALL the smileys and people STILL ONLY in yellow? i.e. ( 🧐).There's default black and white bears, but only default yellow people? 🤔🤔🤔

Are there any brown people- (who identify as brown)... working in leadership at Apple? Are you being heard, is anyone listening?
