"No Caller ID" incoming calls not ringing on iPhone.
When I recieve a call from no caller ID it doesn’t ring only shows on recent call list
I haven’t silenced these, nor on block list
DND is not on

No Caller ID cannot be on the blocked list.
Check Silence unknown callers settings. To turn on/off Silence Unknown Callers, go to Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers, and turn on/off the feature.
