i cannot update to ios 17.5.1

i have an iphone 11 that i’ve had since early 2022. i have 64GB storage and right now my storage is at 38.1 which is including the update as it takes around 5.86 GB. I am able to download the IOS 17 Public Beta for it but whenever i go to ACTUALLY install it, it updates for a little before turning back on like normally and then i have to redownload the update again because it didnt finish all the way through. can someone let me know what this is?? do i not have enough storage??

Remove the iOS or iPadOS beta

  1. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
  2. Tap the iOS & iPadOS Beta Software Profile that appears.
  3. Tap Remove Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Remove. After the profile has been deleted, your device will no longer receive public betas.
