Green areas on Macbook screen

I've been using my Macbook Air 13in M3 for less than a month. When the screen is off, I notice many blotches on the screen that reflect green, especially a large area on the left of the screen but also around the right top corner and some spots in the middle (those round spots look like fingerprints but they shine green and I can't wipe them off). Sorry, it's difficult to photograph. I don't see anything wrong on the screen when it is on. Is this indicative of a problem? Is it going to get worse and affect my screen while it is on?

I saw that spot on the left side, but in the photos it still looks like the same type of smudges, just larger. I know it is nearly impossible to take a good photo of screen issues. Screen issues usually need to be examined first hand & in peerson where the lighting & angles can be controlled to get the best views. FYI, I have seen a lot of smudges on the glass where I thought for sure the anti-reflective coating was coming off, but it was just a hard to remove smudge that required some LCD screen cleaner & lots of buffing (I actually had to keep finding a clean portion of the cloth in order to fully remove some smudges). Don't dismiss them as something more until you try to buff them out with a clean microfiber cloth.

If the blemishes are not external & won't rub off, then you will need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop and hopefully repair it under warranty.

Looks like fingerprints or something similar. Use a microfiber cloth to clean the display. Sometimes smudges like that can be a bit tricky to rub out.

I personally don't like the 70% Isopropyl Alcohol option as I have seen that damage the anti-reflective coating. I prefer to use an LCD screen cleaner instead such as iKlear if a water dampened cloth is not sufficient.
