I have a G Raid 4 TB expernal drive with thunderbolt3 inputs and trying to connect to Mac Studio with OS Sonoma and it will not see the drive. I am using the thunderbolt cables with thunderbolt to c adapters. any help on how to see the drives?
There was a discussion of this issue a few months ago. The resolution was:
You need help from the drive-maker to get the updated Driver components, including an updated version to the Promise drivers (which Apple deprecated and removed recently).
