Motherboard Replacement iPhone 6s

I have recently changed motherboard of a dead iPhone 6s in order to retrieve old data with a new iPhone 6s but after successfully replacing motherboard now the device doesn’t turns on. Can anybody help me with the issue please ….!

Help urgently dropped phone and i turn it on the apple logo flashes and goes off and repeats when on charge hi i recently dropped my iphone 7 on charge and i turned it on the screen has a light mark on it and i turned it on the apple logo shows (flashes) and turns off i need it because i got new iphone and i need to transfer everything over using the iphone 7 and my dad took it to the repair shop and said its a software issue and they changed the motherboard and it didnt work thats what they said but since phone has updated to the ios it can up to which is not ios 16 and has been working fine

You do realize that the memory is on the motherboard, so even if it did boot up, your data was on the other motherboard.

The fact that it didn't turn on would indicate that you didn't "successfuly" replace it.
