APPLE WATCH SE CELLULAR NOT WORKING HELP!!!

This is soooooo frustrating! I have the new Apple Watch SE cellular. I have it with Visible by Verizon Wireless. They have the Apple Watch plan and set up that. I call 3 times already because the watch is not working when I have the iPhone away. Don’t receive phone call, don’t send message just make phone calls. No internet nothing else. I don’t know what to do. They reset the eSIM 5 times already. I reset the Apple Watch in my iPhone more than 10 times and still not working!
