I must have butt-dialed ? and now my iphone is unavailable. How can I get my phone back?

Wait however long it says you have to wait to enter the correct passcode. The alternative is to completely erase the phone and set it up again, using a computer, which isn't fun.
Since you tend to keep your phone in your pocket, this will likely happen again, so do yourself a favor and do the following once you're back in your phone.

Touch
Turn off Tap or Swipe to Wake
Doing this will stop unintentional touches to your screen. You will now have to use the side power button to wake your screen going forward.
