My iPhone is unavailable I need help

I assume that there is an Unavailable message on the screen of your phone, correct?

The phone is unavailable because the wrong passcode was entered too many times.

The phone must be erased/reset and then set up again. It might be a good idea to write down the new passcode and keep it in a safe place in your desk......even if you are sure that you will never forget it.

If you have a current backup of the phone on iCloud or a computer, you can use that that to restore the data back to the phone, so it will look just like it did before it became unavailable.

The simplest way to reset the phone is use a Mac or PC and follow these instructions:
