I can’t type vowels on my keyboard.

Hey, my keyboard where I can’t type vowels. I tried trouble shooting by reverting everything to default setting but that didn’t help. letters Like 'm' 'n' 'l' 'y' that don't work.

I use MacBook Pro m3 chip, this is happens on MacBook keyboard.

I try to do reboot, safe mode boot, Command + Option + P + R, Change Language, nothing work.

I dont have a inner keyboard to check.

Could you please help me?

No Problem. If you click the Info button where the Mouse Keys setting is, there is a shortcut that automatically turns on Mouse Keys when the Option button is pressed 5 times. If this switch is on, you may want to shut it off to prevent accidentally enabling Mouse Keys.
