I just received Resound Nexia Hearing aids that are LE Audio, Auracast capable. I currently have an IPhone 12 and was considering upgrading to a newer IPhone. I'm unable to find a clear answer if the new IPhones have this capability and I don't see an Auracast App when I search on the App Store. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

A reviewer stated he tested Auracast reception on an iPhone using an app provided by the demo people.
whether Apple has plans to support it in the future and whether a firmware update can be pushed to enable support on recent devices is not known by anyone here.

Auracast is just in the initial stages of rolling out in certain venues, airports, etc. I'm not sure it will be necessary for iPhone to support it. But I am sure you'll need headphones which support it. For example, I recently got the new Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds. They will have Auracast support in the earbuds, but presently Sennheiser has not rolled it out to them as it will come in an update in the near future. As such, it won't be an issue if my iPhone 15 Pro Max supports Auracast, since my earbuds will, which is controlled through the Sennheiser App, which controls the earbuds.

Since it’s just been released, there aren’t many out there yet.
If you want to share audio to multiple people from your iPhone/ipad/Appletv, it would be necessary for your iPhone/ipad/AppleTV to support it.
