Pop ups from Apple

I continually receive pop ups saying I’m not signed on and NO App Store and no ITunes .

iPhone 13, iOS 17

Is your Apple ID disabled in the App Store and iTunes? Then there is an issue with your account that is usually billing related that cannot be fixed at your end. Please Contact - Official Apple Support for further support on this issue
