transferring data from a work phone to a personal phone

I am loosing my work phone ( I phone 13) . I now have to purchase a personal phone ( Iphone 14),with a new phone number and provider. I'd like to transfer a large portion of the data ( contacts, photos, and some apps) fromthe work phone to the new iphone. My problem is the work phone has a company apple Id and my new phone has my personal apple ID.

How do I transfer the data from the work phone to the personal phone?

I tried to do this during the new phone set up , but it wanted to install the work apple ID andthe work carrier( a differennt carrier than my new phone),so I stopped the process. I'm not confident in what I'm doing. Does anyone have any suggestions to easily get the work phone data installed on the new personal I phone

iPhone 13, iOS 17

You were wise to stop this process.

You are attempting something very difficult and likely unwise. Your employer owns everything on your work iPhone. Setting up your personal iPhone will be as if you are setting up a different person’s identity. You, not your employer, will own all data on your personal iPhone. Conversely, you do not own any data on your work iPhone - your employer does.

Therefore, there is no easy automated way to transfer data. Consider using AirDrop while you possess both iPhones to move data item-by-item (e.g., one contact at a time). I believe you may send more than one photo at a time.

Of course, you will have to re-acquire all apps that are not included with iOS using this new identity.
