Ipad pro 2020 freeze

My iPad Pro 2020 screen got stuck on pink pixels mode a few times, accidentally it was frozen for 6 hours today! Remotely, with the help of iPhone, I deleted all its data and completely returned the iPad to its factory settings. I wonder why Apple has so many bugs in its recent updates? And why doesn't he tell his users that this **** pink freeze is because the device space is full? Here I would like to know if anyone really wants to justify this completely unethical behavior of the employees or not
