Is Sideloading available for iOS users in Norway?

Hi. I'm wondering if sideloading is available for IOS users in Norway?

Norway is one of EEA countries. It's really disappointing me especially i only didn't switch to Android because of the sideloading update.

Sideloading in European Union Why Georgia didn’t get sideloading feature geographically it is located it Europe and and even if you search it it will show as European Union so we should have that feature i know that apple is not seeing this but i can’t contact apple too because our country is not in contact list so i cannot call them and when i try to text them it will open apple support app and nothing much can do there even though we have official resellers and all most every guy has an iPhone

Regarding YouTube access in Maldives I have spent $1426 for my new apple iPhone 15pro, unfortunately, Youtube app is not available in Maldives region in the AppStore. Youtube is everyday use app in maldives even the budget phones like Xiaomi comes with pre installed youtube app. Such a shame World's Leading Destination Maldives does not have accessibility for most of the applications and contents.
