Cannot download some purchased items. "The network connection was reset."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes v.12.13.2.3. Running Windows 11. No updates needed to Windows 11. Network connection is running fine on all devices. Getting Error 3253.Simultaneous downloads turned off. Ive reset my router, cleared my cache, etc., and it is still happening. Any ideas?

How do I fix network error 1001 when updating iTunes or macOS on iMac? Hi there I have bought a new iMac running osx 10.5.4 I want to use it to restore iPods and it says I need to update iTunes so when I search for iTunes on safari after a long while it can’t open the page so i thought I’d try to update the software and when I try to do that it says there is a network error (-1001) and make sure I can connect to the internet,when I run a network diagnostics test my internet is perfect, I have tried Ethernet and WiFi [Re-Titled by Moderator]
