Looking For Utilities File

I'm on iPhone 11 & want to see my hidden photos and folders that were just deleted. From the Photos app, in ALBUMS, I scrolled to the end of the photos, but beyond that point there's nothing - not a file called UTILITIES or any others, for that matter.

On upgrade 18.1.1 where has Recently Deleted photos gone on my iPhone13? The Photos folder has been totally rearranged in the upgrade. I’ve managed to get them back into a manageable order but the recently deleted folder is nowhere to be found. I saw somewhere that it’s now moved to ‘Utilities’, but where is that? I’m not the only one who is unhappy with the complete format change in photos!

No Recently Deleted Folder in Photos I can't find the Recently Deleted folder in the Photos app on my iPad Mini 6. I've seen this posted several times a year ago or more, it is a new problem on my iPad Mini 6 and nothing currently posted is helpful.
