I somehow have two different id and need to delete one. Reference I have my own that my phone is signed into and used my moms account to sign into Apple TV, now when I need to update my apps it’s asking for the password for my moms Apple ID. I do no use her Apple one account anymore for quite som time…how can I delete her account?

You need to do both things mentioned previously. Make sure the phone is set to use your account for purchase, then delete the apps she downloaded and download them with your ID. Apps require a device be signed into the same ID as was used to get them originally or will not update them. It's best have it all just under your ID. If you want to share Apps, use Family Sharing.

Delete and redownload the applications you're trying to update. Her Apple ID is stored inside them.

Check the Apple ID you are using for Media & Purchases at Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases. Any apps/content downloaded with this Apple ID will need to use this AppleID/Password to update apps. If this is not the same as your main Apple ID, you can change it to that one.
