The DirectTV app has its own screensaver, which is really just a static picture of advertising, that prevents the Apple TV screen saver from starting. Is there a way to set the Apple TV screen saver not override the one from DirecTV. If not, is there a fix in the works. As now, I need to close out of the app in order to allow the Apple TV screen saver to take over.

one can only assume it's required that the developers of your directtv app does the same to resolve it
