What’s App ring tones
Is there any way I can use a downloaded tone that I purchased to have on what’s app please .

Sorry, but you have to use what WhatsApp provides as their tone. Feel free to let WhatsApp know you'd like to use something different, but remember that WhatsApp is a product owned by Meta (Facebook) and Apple has no ability to change anything with their app at all.
