opening all links in respective apps

I'm going insane with this.

How do I force my iphone to just open links in their respective apps?

example: see a link for something on amazon on the Facebook feed. click on it. IT OPENS IN A BROWSER EVERY SINGLE TIME. The problem with this is........it also CONSTANTLY logs me out. It doesn't matter if I click "stay logged in". it also doesn't matter if I choose "don't use OTP" because it makes me log in and get the OTP number texted to me EVERY DAY. This is insane.

So it either needs to stop logging me out or there has to be a way to have links open in their apps. The biggest culprits for this are amazon and pinterest links I click on in FB.

Iphone 14 pro. it's up to date. but if this keeps happening i'm going to throw it out and get an android cause wtf why is this an issue.

i've searched, googled, looked on reddit. can't find anything. can't find anything in settings either.
