Settings - Apple ID - Payments & Shipping
When I get here it asks for my passWORD, not passkey.
It was at this point I realized, because at some point I agreed to use a passkey, that my Apple ID password is no longer valid.
My saved passwords list does not have this new passkey.
Where do I find it?

Use passkeys to sign in to apps and websites on iPhone - Apple Support
Tap Settings > Passwords
Tap on the name of a site and the passkey will appear as a series of dots
Tap on the dots to see the actual passkey
Is that what you are looking for, or is it something else?
Your Apple ID Password and iCloud Password are NOT here, if that is what you are looking for. You have to remember those yourself.

This statement is false: "The passkeys you create are stored on your iPhone at Settings > Passwords."
Safari auto-fill remembers the passkey, I can select it on certain websites.
But there is no entry for it in Settings>Passwords, nor does it have an option to edit or see it.
Where is my Passkey?
