Phone unavailable after new screen!
My daughter has recently had a new screen on her I phone xr but is now showing as unavailable! I have plugged into iTunes and done a restore but that didn’t help! Any suggestions?
Hopefully, you used an Apple authorized shop for the screen repair.
You can verify by making sure that the shop is listed as an authorized location in your area by using this link: Find Locations
The fact that you could not complete the restore process indicates that the screen repair was not fully completed. Please take the phone back to the service shop.
