I use my mac in office, we set our room temperature at 24°C all the time. And I don’t like to use my computer with high brightness. And then my Mac has some horizontal line appear on my screen.
Tried to restart, unplugged the power. And there’s no difference at all 🤦♂️🙄
Is there any solution for this?

Sorry, as user, I didn’t find any helpful answer my question. Most of us didn’t do anything wrong, all of the hardware failure comes from Apple itself. And they want us to pay for their incompetence. Even in my country, Indonesia, can’t repair the damage. I need a replacement without spending money on their negligence and without them telling me the warranty issue. all of the monitor issue is showing up after 2 years. And they just saving their ***
Looks like a hardware issue. I would schedule Apple in-store repair for a free diagnosis and repair estimate and take it from there.
Apple will not see or address hardware issues here in this User to User forum.
You need to go to > Official Apple Support and work your way up thru the Support chain.
