I have created a shared album for my assistant in iphotos. She handles my social media accounts.
I travel all the time all over the world and don't want to have to mark every single photo of the thousands in the shared album with the metadata of location, date, etc.
How do I make the shared album share that information? Is there a setting I can toggle? Thank you.

You may wan to use the Shared iCloud Photos Library instead. Then you can just share the the photos you want to pass to your assistant to the Shared section of your iCloud Photos Library and invite your assistant to participate. The photos will be shared with all metadata.
The Shared iCloud Photos Library is available in macOS 13 Ventura or later, iOS 16 or later, iPadOS 16 or later.

You can't. Shared albums are intentionally stripped of all metadata for security reasons. You will have to find another way to get the photos to your assistant, i.e. text or email, Dropbox or Box, etc.
