eject hard drive from Iphone 15

I used an external Samsung t7 hd and once attached to my phone, there is no way to eject it aside from just unplugging. Can someone share how to do this?

When using external storage it is important to press eject so that all of the queued writes are completed before the drive is powered off, failure to do so will result in loss of the unwritten data. No, there is no eject button on an iPhone like you would expect on a Mac. If you are concerned about loss of data, with the T7 plugged in after use, power off your iPhone, then unplug the T7 and you should be fine.
