An email said I was hacked

I know emails like these can always be scams, but it was very descriptive so it scared me. Me and my girlfriend both got emails stating that the person sending had implanted a software called “Pegasus” into my phone and had been watching me through my camera, and recorded me “j***ing off” and would send it to my friends and family, Facebook, instagram, etc. they demanded that I send them 1000 dollars usd, but via bitcoin. Should I be worried? The email is “s******@mail.com” my girlfriend says it’s because we might have been in a data leak from a company or something, but I’m still worried. Is this serious? It was in my spam folder

It is ubiquitous spam.

It is a scam.

It is little more than a work of creative fiction.

No photos.

No videos.

Delete it.

Move on.
