Can't Delete something called (unreal) Crash Report client

Open the spotlight search and type crash.

After that hold command and it should show little finder icon instead of unreal logo.

Click and you will be taken to folder where it is located.

After that just move to bin.

Bingo!!

Have you run Disk Utility's Disk First Aid on all connected drives?

In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.

Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Did you follow Epic's instructions for uninstalling Fortnite? The game likely installed some tendrils into the core of macOS to help protect the game from unauthorized hacks and the crash report client is probably also tied to a lower level of macOS so it can run all the time. Most software that installs tendrils into the bowels of macOS usually requires the user to use the "Uninstall" option within the app, or a separate "uninstaller" app provided by the app's developer....in this case Epic.

With the EtreCheck report @BDAqua can help you to manually delete that item and also clean up your system if using any of the third party apps mentioned which are known to interfere with the normal operation of macOS.
