i removed device from my icloud

i thought i lost my iphone8+ but i found it again and it’s unavailable with no timer and any other option….pliz can anyone help

If you reported it lost, and you received a replacement then that phone can't be activated ever again. IF no replacement was sent to you and you are the original owner, Apple should be able to help you.
