Apple Watch Series 8 stopped charging at 81% , will not charge to 100% why?

Apple Watch Series 8 will not charge past 81% not matter what we try . Is there an answer out there?

On your watch, open Settings App, then find Battery, then Battery Health and see if Optimized Battery Charging is turned on.
