iMessages and FaceTime grayed out. Can not log into them on my ipad
I tried sign out and removed restrictions but it is not working. The Apple ID sign in is also grayed out

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Account Changes to Allow.
