Error burning pics/video to DVD

I am trying to get some pictures and videos burned from my iPhone 12 to a DVD on my Mac. I keep getting error message for multiple pictures and videos saying they are duplicates and it won't burn the disc. There are so many that have that error message or I would just leave a few off. Is there a way to work around this? I tried changing the id number of the photo and that did not work. Help!! I am about to run out of space on my phone and I do not want to spend even more per month than I am now.

Can you put these images in folders all into a Folder in Finder? If so, here's something to try: In The File menu from Disk Utility, you can make a "New Image>Blank Image," and save that to the Desktop, or somewhere. This will produce a single .dmg disk image which will also show as a thing named "Untitled" that will appear like a new disk drive and which opens like any folder or drive. Then you pull your folders of images into that "drive." Then drag the .dmg file onto the DVD. It's possible that the DVD software will burn this without looking for errors. If it works, you can open it and see if everything is OK.

When you're sure, you will want to trash the .dmg file from your Mac-- it's like having an additional version of all those files.
