My iPhone is stolen and the find my was open and I did it at lost mode and when it’s open send notification and it’s opened and they sent me a link when I opened the link and put my Apple ID it turned off the find my is the stolen iPhone

Apple didn't send you a link, a scammer who had your phone did. Apple doesn't get involved in stolen property and would never send you a link.
You just handed your phone and iCloud account over to them. Change your account password immediately and don't expect to see your phone again.

A scammer sent that message because they wanted to remove Activation Lock and "make your phone their own" (for which they needed your unwitting help). It sounds like you fell for it.
