APPLE IPHONE 15 PRO MAX CASE CLAY

I am so upset about apple not letting me use my warranty for my iPhone 15 Pro Max Case. Where the speaker holes are at the bottom of the case, it split right through where each speaker hole is. This has never happened of my previous cases because this is a new design. $50.00 for a case and they refuse to let me use my 1 year warranty to get a new case. They want me to buy another $50.00 case. This is not fair at all because it's clearly a manufacturing defect. I called the hotline as well same answer, NO! But I have spent over $10k in apple products in the last 5 years, and that's not including my iPhones . 4 MacBook Pros, a MacBook Air, 3 air pods, 3 AirPods pros, 2 iPads, and 2 apple watches. Yet me asking to exercise my warranty on my phone case, is way too much. This is crazy. And I have the money to buy it obviously, but sometimes it's the principal. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

Apple's one-year warranty only covers manufacturing defects. However, an Apple Technician needs to examine the case in order to determine that and the damage is not due to user misuse.

According to Apple: This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and, damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Ok, then you need to know that you are not talking directly to Apple employees here. We are just fellow Apple-product users trying to help others with their Apple devices.

As such, there is nothing we can do to directly assist you with this. I would suggest that, if you haven't already, pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them examine this iPhone case to determine, whether or not, it can be attributed to a manufacturing defect ... and, if that turns out to be the result of their finding, you may find that you can get a replacement for little or no cost to you.

It’s a phone case that is used to protect the phone from drops and damage.. so user misuse is a little misleading when the product itself is meant to protect from user misuse ..🤷🏾‍♂️… I just want to be able exercise my warranty .. it’s a phone case.. I’m not asking you to replace the screen on my MacBook for free.. it’s a phone case!
