Temporary disable notifications announcing

I have airpods pro 2 and siri sometimes says that I can disable announcing notifications for 1 hour if I ask it for that, or that I can disable announcing notifications for specific app for 1 hour. And it never worked. I can make it disable announcing them completely and that's it. I tried saying different things, but what seems to work is "disable notifications" and then announcing disables, but I don't want that, I want what it offers - disable notifications for some period of time. Because if I disable notifications I can't turn them back on, I need to unlock my phone. And I can't do it while I'm running or biking or whatever
