Netflix app has audio but no video

Netflix has audio but does not show video. The solution for me was to remove Dolby vision and it worked

Netflix no longer offering Dolby Atmos content through Apple 4K TV I have two Apple 4K TVs. Up until 3-4 weeks ago, I was able to stream Dolby Atmos Netflix films/TV programmes through my Apple TVs. Now, no films/tv programmes are Dolby Atmos enabled through the Apple TV. The photos demonstrate this: 1) Photo one - Black Mirror-available in Dolby Atmos through the Netflix app native to my LG TV. 2) Photo two - Black Mirror - available only in 5.1 through the Netflix app. I called Apple - response = “It’s Netflix’s issue”. I called Netflix - response = “It’s Apple’s issue” + “Why not just downgrade your Netflix subscription?”. Netflix also said that Dolby Atmos is not necessarily part of their premium subscription. This is strange as you can only get Dolby Atmos with netflix through their premium subscription (£18.99 in the UK which is extortionate). So Apple, is there anything you can do about it or is it a case of Apple and Netflix continuing their feud and ignoring the most important factor - their customers? By the way, if anyone has a fix for this, please let me know. Thanks

Audio out of sync on Netflix after updating to tvOS 26 Anyone else noticing Netflix app on Apple TVOS26 has audio sync issues? Netflix isn’t working? Netflix works on our fire stick, iPad, iPhone & roku but not on the apple tv. Any help?
