Wireless ear phone recommendations for iphone

I bought some wireless earbuds but getting BOTH of them to connect to my iPhone is almost impossible-any recommendations?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 17

It would help if you can, at least, tell us what make & model of wireless earbuds that you bought for your iPhone?
