$$$ - Apple's Apple Studio or alternatively the Samsung ViewFinity 5K
are the two bests choices if you want a 5K HDR display comparable to the old 27" iMacs with webcam and speakers integrated into your monitor. Economy however is subjective.
$$ - The LG 24UD58 is a very nice 24" 4K monitor for reasonable retina experience. However you will need to provide your own speakers and webcam which means more cable management.
$ - Go to your favorite electronic retailer, go to monitors, filter for built in speakers, and sort by lowest price. Double check reviews, but monitors tend to all be pretty reliable.
I recommend starting with Apple Displays to highlight all of the options that your brand new Mac mini offers.
Also, I highly recommend the official Polishing Cloth.
NOTE: From my experience, generic displays will never have the ability to unlock the full potential of your Mac mini.
I do recommend comparing.
You will find the solution that works best for you.
If you go cheap, then you’ll have to live with it.
Good luck! 👋🏼😉

Economical is a pretty generic term. What is economical for one may be way too expensive for another.
If you can give us your actual budget for a monitor we may be able to make some reasonable suggestions.
You can use most any modern external display with the Mac mini.
